Details: Demo existing Kitchen, ceiling soffit, Pantry closet, remove wall between Dining Rm. & Family Rm. Major new electrical wiring & relocation of existing wiring. Rebuild exterior wall, relocate plumbing drains & supply lines. NEW Insulation, drywall, cabinets, countertops, lights (all LED - 10 recessed cans). New ceiling fans, etc. Remove existing FIREPLACE & Hearth. Rebuild fireplace wall, set new gas fireplace with new propane tank. Paint all walls & ceiling (including adjacent hallway). Set new counter tops, all new Appliances, All new Laminate Flooring, new base boards, new door hardware.
